Open door policy

Faculty leadership doors directly with studens through fixed time weekly where students present demands, suggestion or complaints. The secretary informs the students of appointment time.

 

Suggestion and complication methods for students:

Through desire of faculty to enhance and develop, we are glad to receive suggestions or complaints from student, through:

 

Ways to receive complaints

1-    Complaints boxes inside the faculty.

a-     Hall C

 

b-    Youth care.

c-    Dean office.

d-    Student affairs office.

2-    Office of department heads.

3-    Exploration meetings

4-    Emails

 

Responsible for mechanism execution:

Suggestive and complaint analysis pannel in quality development unit

Important notice: unknown source of complaints are ignored but confidentiality of person complaining is respected.

·       Contact information of person complaining (ground No email) are saved for quick response by pannel.

·       Boxes receives complaints if he/she cannot present by himself.

Faculty of Physical Therapy - Cairo University is the first academic institute in Egypt, Started in 1962 to this day as a main provider for physical therapist and Academic staff in Egypt and the Middle East
